ALL PRICES, LABOR HOURS, AND PROFIT CALCULATIONS GENERATED BY THIS TOOL ARE ESTIMATES ONLY. They are not guaranteed to be accurate for any specific job, market, or client. Actual pricing should be validated against your local market conditions, labor costs, supply costs, insurance, taxes, and other business expenses. We expressly disclaim any liability for pricing decisions made using this tool.
4. No Professional or Legal Advice
The Service does not provide accounting, tax, legal, or business advice. The calculations are for informational and educational purposes only. You should consult with a qualified professional before making business, tax, or legal decisions.
5. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of all quotes and pricing you present to clients. You agree to review and adjust calculator outputs based on your actual experience, market knowledge, and the specific requirements of each job.
6. Subscription & Billing
The Service offers a 7-day free trial followed by a recurring subscription. Subscription fees are billed through Stripe. You may cancel at any time. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods unless required by law.
7. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing management portal or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Remote Cleaning Boss and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, lost contracts, or reputational harm, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
